Randall and Martha Rew

The Randall and Martha Rew Scholarship supports dietetic interns, DPD students and graduate students who attend Texas Woman’s University in Denton, Texas. Martha Rew, MS, RDN, LD, has a long history of service and leadership to the dietetics profession and encourages students to be involved early in their education to contribute to and foster growth in themselves and the profession. She has held many leadership positions within the profession, most notably as Director of the Texas Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Foundation and President of the Texas Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. In addition to her academic position, she served as the dietetic internship director at TWU. Randall Rew has a long history in business sales and management and is the consummate encourager for Martha to achieve her dreams and serve her profession.

Recipients must have an overall GPA of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale. In addition, the awardee must demonstrate evidence of service and/or leadership to the profession and/or the community.
