• 2021: — Texas students received scholarships totaling $——. Scholarships included 23 endowed scholarships and 18 annual scholarships funded by individual contributors, collections from the Big Hat Scholarship fund and annual fundraising events.
• 2022: Twenty-one Texas students received scholarships totaling $19,025. Scholarships included 26 endowed scholarships and 4 annual scholarships funded by individual contributors,  collections from the Big Hat Scholarship fund, and annual fundraising events.
• 2023: Seven Texas students received scholarships totaling $4,000. Due to endowed funds not having investment earnings this year, scholarships were funded by individual contributors, collections from the Big Hat Scholarship fund, and annual fundraising events.
• Also in 2023, the Leadership Circle Fund was established as an endowed fund through donations from the Texas Academy, as well as past presidents and other leaders of the Texas Academy. Interest earned from this fund will be used to award a RDN, NDTR, or student with Texas Academy membership with a grant to fund a nutrition education opportunity, community nutrition outreach program, or small research project.
