Houston Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics

Established in 2004, this scholarship was begun as a $500 annual scholarship in 1999.  The recipient must be:

• A graduate or undergraduate student studying nutrition/dietetics, a dietetic
  intern, or a DTR student
• A student at an institution in the greater Houston area (Texas Woman’s University- Houston Campus only, University of Houston, Texas Southern University, Veteran’s Administration Internship, UT School of Public Health, UT- Medical Branch, Prairie View A&M  University, Texas WIC Dietetic Internship, or part of a distance learning dietetic internship program with current residency in the greater Houston area)
• A current member of the Houston Academy
