Elmira Blecha

This endowed scholarship is in honor of a former member of Texas Academy who dedicated her life to her profession and to helping potential dietitians. She was a former Academy Delegate and Education Director of the Dietetic Internship at the Veteran’s Administration Hospital in Houston, Texas. This scholarship is one of the original Foundation scholarships from 1983. Recipients must be:

• an incoming senior undergraduate nutrition/dietetic student
